The Fifth Annual Invitational was held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the St. Germain Town Park in St. Germain, Wisconsin due to ongoing construction at the Edwin R. Staffen Memorial Horseshoe Court.
Featuring a record 16 teams, the Fifth Annual Invitational featured a new champion for the first time in three years.
Off In Church won the championship by defeating the Beer Snobs in the Championship Game.
